This is my first attempt at pixel art with references.

And you know what? I think it turned out pretty well.

I have another 12 alternative colors, but I think this one suits it the best. (If you decide you want to see them, I'll probably leave them as comments.)

- Bio -

So this is a fan-made character of a certain non-canon project. Its code name is "Omni" or "Oni", but its file says its called "0rO - PU#7". It was created with the sole purpose of destroying the originals (including a Maverick variant), and restoring the world to its former glory. While Omni may look fully robotic, they're actually the closest thing to the perfect balance of biology and technology. This variant doesn't start with any powers, however they can adapt extremely fast.

There are three things he will always have: 2 different drives, and a necklace. The necklace serves as a gateway for omniversal travel. Due to its creator's nature, its need for power can almost rival that of Ultra Vegito's. As it travels the different omniverses, it searches for more power in order to restore its world back to what it believes its former glory was: A world of without violence.

Biology side: Omni is currently incapable of feeling emotions, but that doesn't stop them from acting like they can. As a traveler, they've visited many omniverses... but what do I actually mean by omniverse? Simple: I'm referring to anime, games, fan-made stories, and animations. I've currently lost count on what Omni has visited or what they haven't. Omni is 48.761% Biological at the moment.

Technology side: Every so often, there will be an omniverse that they deem important or maybe that could be of substantial aid. They haven't been wrong about anything yet, so they keep checking. Example: Omni once visited the Marvel universe, and managed to figure out how to create nanites from Tony Stark. At first, nothing works like it should. However, if given time, Omni will manage to not only perfectly replicate the design but also upgrade it.

He has a transformation where he becomes THE perfect balance of tech & bio, and then another transformation after that.

Omni doesn't consider his perfect 50-50 mode a transformation, but rather calls it his completion.
