Description This is what I did with the leftover lobster. Didn't have a lot of that tho so I got some nice crab meat to go with it.

This is true made-from scratch mac n cheese. I used Gruyere and a mix of sharp and mild Cheddar for the sauce.

I will definitely be making this again, maybe add some sort of veggie though.
