July 20 Zooly challenge is tropical fish, so I drew Siamese fighting fish. These two are trying to calmly settle their dispute like adults.Related content

The only way I can tell they are males is that they lack those light vertical stripes

yeah the vertical stripes usually mean the female's ready to breed, but like, those are definitely HMPK males, ventral fins are really long, plus the beard around the gills and they seem to be having a stare down XD i have four bettas, both male and females :'D Females are pretty chill with each other
