Description
This is a gift artwork to some of my friends here on DeviantArt!You can see the warriors Razen (blue), Orion (red) and Hotara (green) – they’re all READY FOR BATTLE!
This is an enhanced “Cartoon Comic Style”, which means it’s a little bit more detailed and more shaded than my “Simple Cartoon Anime Style”. But if you ask me… I really could uphold this kind of quality and style for a COMPLETE comic or graphic novel.
Still, many mistakes here… but I’m quite satisfied with the result, overall.

I’ve made no changes in design, but I took the freedom to change some of the weapons or armor of these characters! Artistical freedom, har har!!

Why is Hotara's head very round like bald man, or a common alien? Hump, that's so obvious.

Like I said... your bow design was not functional. So, I've given him a "real" bow!
Hotara's head is round, because you can see much of his head from this angle. And furthermore... this is just MY way of drawing him!!! My style. It is your design and your character... but this is HOW I WOULD ALWAYS DRAW HOTARA!!!
I have chosen the media which I like to work right now. I don't have the time to do this in traditional media and... I never will. This is absolutely appropiate!

Look at Hotara's appearance! He has black eyes, a unique bow and a glowing necklace that you took it from my picture, "Vanquished Territory" He looks kinda sexy because of his pose--no armor.
Your new picture has three new characters which you haven't drawn before.

Hotara has yellow eyes. I've just made a very dark shading around them, to give him a very "sinister" appearance. He looks more intimidating this way!
You know, why I've chosen this bow... it works better!
The necklace I really liked. So, I used it!
Since you have never drawn him with armor, I did not, either. He looks handsome, yeah!
And yes... these three characters are my other, old friends... they have waited for me to draw their characters for... over 2 years!

Awww! You made Hotara's face so serious. He focuses targeting with his bow. He does that often.

Now I'll tell you about Hotara's dressing and the necklace.
When you draw Hotara WITHOUT armor, he is the hunter and the spy, or an ordinary resident. With armor, it is suitable to the great wars between Shivanian trive and Ta'za trive for many years.
Hotara retrieved the "Necklace of Righteousness" from Ice Alps on the northern part of Lizardland to keep evil spirits and demons away before he could be corrupted, and to double his strength and courage.

You say, Hotara acts as "spy" or "hunter", when he has NO armor?
And what about your new picture, where he wears light armor?? 
If you set up your own rules, you have to follow them, as well.

The light armor that I uploaded is used for great battles. Hotara and his followers, during the hunting season, dress nothing when they are hunting animals in the jungle. They should be light at approximately 180 kg so that they can jump high like a frog or a monkey.

It's your fantasy world, not mine.
In my opinion, a hunter or spy should NOT wear any (!) armor at all. Only for great battles, the warriors should wear this.
But it's only my opinion.

Well, I was just imagine how would Orion will be if you draw him in your artistic style.
But passing the time, when I was keeping drawing him and makeing him some improvement to his appearance and still doing that, I already forget that feeling.
When you did some drawings for your friends, it was really helpfull to me, because watching all your drawings of Reptile was like a practice to improve in my drawings, but watching other characters was more helpfull to see the same anatomy but in different characters to understand a little bit my mistakes.
AND, when you draw this, and watch the anatomy, I noticed that the head, the body, and the rest of them, there was no different at all. Well, the hands was better than mines hehe, but everything was the same. Then I notice that I really progress too much, but I still need to practice more, and thanks to you, I have inspiration to keep going. Thanks again for this ^ ^

one more time, to make your Hotara into solo, please use your Photoshop again and separate him that he's in one layer and create a new jpeg image. I want to see his legs and tail.

Kevin, you don't understand??! This picture is complete the way it is! I have NOT drawn Hotara in a seperate way... and I will NOT! He is a part of this group picture. There are NO tail or legs here. I have not drawn this!! And I will not. This picture is finished the way it is.
And don't want to draw him "solo".

Sure, NO scales! This is not the highest detailed style...
As a matter of fact, I only add the "scale texture" to the very detailed stlye. It would be annoying here and it's not necessary.
