Hey there, been a while since I posted here.
This is an illustration from a month long challenge I did called Jukebox July. I meant to post all the pieces here, but due to an existential crisis and severe burnout around the middle of the year, I stopped posting my work on social media. It had reached a point where I simply didn't enjoy putting it up and watching likes go up and down between posts and feeling shitty when I compared myself to others. I had fun making the stuff but all the fun got sapped out the minute it went up online. I honestly didn't plan on posting anything til the start of next year, but I think I might as well add some of the backlog on here in the meantime.

This is an illustration of the song "Down in it" by Nine Inch Nails. It was a song I listened to a lot during my prolonged period of depression, simply because of the fascinatingly vivid, abstract yet hopeless images it conjured in my head. I would've liked to have made an animated music video but I decided an image would suffice for the time being.
