Nice. Are the openings under the saucer, for torpedo tubes? I recommend adding torpedo tubes in the neck (as seen on the TMP refit) as well- it's always good to have a backup, and the extra firepower will give it an advantage over most enemies.

Does the ship have rear-firing torpedo tubes? Do you plan to add gun turrets, like [link] , or will you stick with emitters (TOS) or strips (TNG)?

thanks for your comment ^^ . yes , the openings under the saucer are small torpedo tubes .
this model is just a draft so I'm going to modify this ship and add details with your advices .

Don't add the turrets ON the torpedo tube- that will make the torpedo room cramped, reducing efficiency (due to crew discomfort/fatigue, limited clearance for mechanisms/moving parts, and limited room for upgrades). And an accident may rob the ship of TWO weapon systems, instead of one.

Maybe you can offset the turrets, i.e., mount them left or right of the torpedo tubes.

I apologize for the nitpicking, I tend to judge designs by the following standard: "Do I want to use this in battle?" This forces me to judge the practicality of a design, e.g., ergonomics, margins of error, backup systems...

don't worry ^^ it's very usefull because I only think to make something beautifull but now , I must reflect on the armament and on the defense system and it's interesting ... ^^

I think this ship isn't ready for a battle , only for a ride ^^

I hope my next models will be ready for a battle ^^
