Description Keira enjoying an overcast Fall morning.

Her recovery from her spinal cord injury continues to progress, slowly. She fell two months ago, and was acutely paralyzed in both back legs. Now, she is able to walk (wobbly) without a sling. She just wears a little bootie on one back leg (the left still drags a little bit). But she is happy and enjoying being able to walk past the driveway independently now. She is a playful girl, and has gotten all of her personality (fun and fiesty-ness) back with her slowly progressing independence.

I am thankful for so much this month; and having more time with her definitely tops that list!

Those are definitely huge leaves! I've seen big ones before, but never wider than a foot and a half. I love all the colors of Fall.

Thanks, it's taken a while to get where she's at, but it's been worth it all.
I know, these fall colors are just fabulous this year!

LOL, it's not just you. They are huge... some of the big ones are almost 20 inches across! I was gonna take a pic with a ruler, but then decided that my big ol' fluffy dog could put them in perspective just as easily.
