Description The impossibility of a mission is slightly more relative when you have an eternity to accomplish it.

I'm imagining this is what an eidetic memory looks like. I loved Holmes' memory technique in BBC Sherlock and have wanted to draw something similar since. The character is very much based on Abby, played by ChloΓ« Moretz, from Let Me In, because she's awesome and that was one of the best vampire movies ever. I opted for a pseudo-background because I was going to add a bookshelf or something, but decided that it would distract from the focus.

I feel like I had a painting breakthrough of sorts. I realized some stuff I should have probably realized much earlier. But at least I noticed I don't have to try to hide or redo my pencil lineart, because I can use it to add character. Go figure it only took like... half a decade. But no matter, I'm proud of this one

Wow! There are so many things that are good about this piece. First, her expression. Her gaze is very focused, and it really tells a lot about her character, and even who this is inspired by (without even reading the description!). Secondly, I love your use of colors! Sticking with earth tones and creams (for the most part) really extenuated both the data floating around her, and the blue of her eyes, which in turn leads to my first observation. Third, fantastic use of shadow! And, finally, a little anatomy. Her hands are great, and her ear looks perfect. Well done!
