A more recent experiment I designed back in 2010. Though I've tweaked her design quite a bit I rather like how she turned out. I'm still leery of the colors (or rather the shade of the colors), but I can always fix that later. Despite her name, number, and design being newer to my experiment list, her powers are not. Originally she was the experiment I called "Antonym" and although that character no longer exists, Serum holds a few character traits from ...that. Serum's ability is to fire a special serum from the prongs on her tail that will cause different side-effects on whom it is cast. However, the serum makes the antithesis of whomever it is fired upon. For example; If someone is normally brave they might become timid, if someone is a boy they might become a girl, if someone is human they might become an alien ect, ect, ect....She was deemed a failure because her changes are random and do not follow a pattern. She can reverse the changes though, but only if the changes made don't last for more than 48 hours.

Her catlike build and small, sharpish features give her a very impish look... which seems fitting, considering the havoc she can wreak with her powers! X3 I'm surprised this idea for a function was never used on the show. It has a lot of fun potential! If the colors are bothering you, maybe go a little darker/more neutral with the purple? That way, there could be a little more contrast if you keep the pink and blue markings bright. Overall, though, I do like the color scheme. I've always thought pink, blue, and purple went well together. I especially like the splotchy, spotted look you used for her pink markings. ^^

ha ha she is indeed a little mischievous little imp. I am a little surprised too! Their could have been SO much drama in that one little episode! I tried to write a fanfiction once and I'm so glad I never did anything with it XD It was an absolute atrocity!
I guess I could go with a more neutral purple. Perhaps a lighter and more grey toned one perhaps? Perhaps I could do the same with the pink as well. Thank you >////< You make me blush! Especially since a wonderful artist like yourself thinks this looks nice!

Lilo ending up being a boring popular kid instead of embracing her weirdness, Nani being laid back and lax about rules instead of a stressed out workaholic, Myrtle actually being NICE to everyone... Ohhh man, they could've done soooo much with that! TOTAL MISSED OPPORTUNITY THERE, GOSH DISNEY
Haha, aww, I think everyone feels that way sometimes when they look back at their old writing/art. I know I do. XP But hey, you're definitely capable of writing stories that are, like, a BILLION time better now, especially your original stuff! <3 So don't feel bad about your old writing, feel proud of yourself for how far you've come since then. ^_^
Ooh, yeah, I could see a gray-purple working really well with her color scheme? Or maybe even a darker one like a sunset purple, where it's starting to fade toward black? Bahhhh, honestly I've never been very good with colors. X'D But yeah, I do think you're on the right track with something a little less bright. It would be cool to see what you come up with if you have the time to experiment. ^^
