mind if i throw some crits your way?
Why are there no shadows in the scene? i can see where your light source is, but there are no shadows where they should be. well except for that one random one there on her boot. Also work on your values, they are pretty bland. Try desaturating the image and you will see what i mean. Perhaps working in greyscale for a while will help this out. With your shading, dont be too scared to use too stark lighting schemes for fear of screwing it up, jump in and push those values!
On the pose, i have no idea what she is doing? is she flying, about to do a backflip or landing from a giant fall? because i hosestly dont have any idea. It looks really dynamic but it makes no sense.
Perhaps some master studies, and value studies are in order. you have a good grounding, but to take your work to the next level the only thing that is going to do it is image studies.
