Description
I made a mistake. When I returned home, I forgot that the beads I tied up in my scarf would catch the attention of Luiante. They shared the colors my pendant also had. This Ho-oh peered at me in a way she would look at a giant sale. In a more negative context, most likely. She did not seem angry, but she was absolutely not happy with it, either. Of all the expressions I have seen of her, it certainly was one of concern.
"Serralis, have you been spending romantic times with someone?" she queried. Not sure on how to answer this, my beak failed to open correctly and before I could mutter some words out, she already knew I would not be telling the truth. Her wings tried to reach for the beads I received as a gift, probably wanting to pull them out. What is the deal with beads I could have purchased myself, anyway?
Aphelion was really happy to see they actually fit and complimented on how pretty they were on me. Getting gifts is not something I got often, so I leaped backwards as a protest, knowing the consequences. She stood silent as she surprisingly did not reply with more violence. She did look disappointed the moment she confirmed me being protective of them.
"This person is poison for your heart, please steer away from him this instant. Usually I would be interested who caught your eye, but this Tornadus is dangerous," plucking out one of the green feathers stuck in my back. Looking fiercely at her, even I had my limits. "You know absolutely everyone in this city, do you not, mother?!" I yelled. "Why can I not spend time with friends? Why are you so afraid to let me go?!"
She knew that I would be stubborn here, but plea after plea to trust her on this, I stormed out of the house with unusual anger. Weeping softly in a place where I thought I was alone, this almost was cheesy coincidence. However, any meeting with him was in fact, always planned.
