Seranade, most Pokémon calling her Serra for short, is a young Delcatty who arrived from a faraway region in Alomomola City.

Some Pokémon think she got quite the elusive ideas about show biz, but she really likes to share the ideas for a comforting place.
As she's planning to run a theater-like building for others to show their talents, she'd ask Anana for permission first.

She got control over her voice very well, and can use this to enchant the audience with Sing. However, because she spent so much time practicing, she's really weak in battle, therefore using Thunder Wave to any ( robbing ) threat.

Because she would like to host the show, she'd like to be the presentator of the theater of Alomomola City. She is able to announce anything using Echoed Voice. Because she doesn't like Pokémon who don't take the time to listen to her, she often can been seen using Heal Bell, to wake up sleepyheads.

- Echoed Voice
- Thunder Wave
- Heal Bell

Traits:
Nature - Modest
Characteristic - Often lost in thought

EDIT: Removed the microphone because it seemed too much of a Kathy thing, and it felt wrong taking away her signature item. Also, electrical appliances? What the heck was I thinking? Tao World barely has any!

So yeah, this is an attempt on *purplekecleon 's style, but I still don't think I got it quite grasped. This is done, because I don't really want to waste her time too much, and it then works in her favor time-wise IF she ends up getting accepted.

Still, I'm no at all, haha! This was a fun thing to experience though!
