A slightly older Tima :-] I think it makes a level of sense that both as Tima grows as a Person and Kenichi himself grows older, that Tima adopts a new body or has the current one modified accordingly. This is largely a personal drawing, based off of but not necessarily referencing the post canon images. I think the 'Employee of the month' thing is more of an inside joke of sorts, Kenichi and Tima don't have the heart to actually compete and they're the only two employees anyways, it just goes back and forth every month.
