I posted the sketch before, and here's the final version.

It was fun most of the time. There were many moments in the process that I was able to paint in a very relaxed and tranquil manner, holding the pen very lightly and slowly painting and smudging. Acttually, perhaps the time I spent smudging some hard shadows was the most relaxing of all of them. Everything was settled, all I had to do was to smooth it out.

The background, however, I got a little lazy this time. The foreground part (yes, the foreground of the background) I fully painted from ground zero. The back I just edited the Dragon Valley's background a litle in order to fit with what I painted. I basically adjusted the atmospherical perspective and changed a litlte bit the color of a mountain that you cannot see because it's behind Lilac.

"But why the hell you spent time editing something that was not even going yo be seen in the end?"
For two reasons: the first one is just to make sure. The second one is because I intend to do a little animation with this later, so I painted the background as a whole, so even if you take Lilac out of the way, there will not be any holes or anything. The background will be there.

I had a hard trime trying to paint clouds, which means I need to practice that a little more, but overall it looks good for me. I'm pretty happy with it, I am glad with what I achieved and I have recognized the mistakes so I hopefully won't make them again in the future.

But what do you gguys think? I would love to hear your feedback
