Anyways, this is my Messenger Nia costume from the anime Gurren-Lagann. (if you haven't seen it, you should. Its great!) I made this to go with my boyfriend's Commander Simon costume. He wanted me to do her normal pink outfit...and I said I would rather be a psycho-bitch. Though...I will probably make the other version soon.

My boyfriend was nice enough to buy the wig for me. Though I don't remember exactly where he got it. And I did do some styling to it (ie: the blue add-ins) but it more or less came out of the box like that.

I wish I had an awesome wig hunting boyfriend! haha. Thanks a lot. Yeah the blue will have to be added to the wig I picked out. Unfortunately the wig is too short. But thats okay. Even if it not amazingly accurate I rather a shorter wig so I don't sweat my face off!
