She had been hired by a wealthy collector to find a legendary artifact, known as the Eye of Horus. It was said to be a powerful amulet that granted its wearer divine protection and wisdom. It was also said to be cursed, and that anyone who tried to possess it would meet a terrible fate.

She didn't believe in curses, but she did believe in danger. She knew that there were others who wanted the Eye of Horus, and that they would stop at nothing to get it. She had encountered them before, and she had escaped them by a hair's breadth.

She had finally located the Eye of Horus, hidden in a secret chamber beneath a pyramid. She had solved the riddles, avoided the traps, and reached the treasure. She was about to claim her prize, when she heard a familiar voice behind her.

"Well, well, well. If it isn't my old friend, the lovely Lara Croft. I've been looking for you, darling."

She turned around, and saw him. He was her nemesis, her rival, her adversary. He was a mercenary, a thief, a killer. He was Nathan Drake.

He smiled wickedly, and pointed a gun at her. He was accompanied by a dozen of his men, all armed and ready. He had followed her, and he had found her.

"Hello, Nate. Fancy meeting you here. I see you've brought some friends. How nice of you."

She replied sarcastically, and reached for her own gun. She had a plan, and she had a chance. She had faced him before, and she had beaten him.

She was ready for a fight, and so was he. They both wanted the Eye of Horus, and they both knew that only one of them would get it.
