Scruff
Reasoning: I didn't want to go too crazy with his design, so I kept him pretty similar to Canon Ralts. Since Scruff is a dark type, I wanted to darken his colors, but keep them recognizable. To make him more dark type-like, I gave him sharp horns, somewhat scruffy fur, sharp teeth, and his dark red eyes. The bell was added due to personality reasons, since Scruff is a very innocent and bubbly 'mon, despite what his typing would suggest, and also loves the little ringing noises it makes.
