Nero and Argento This is probably the most ambitious drawing I've done. I've been looking at people doing digital paintings and I wanted to try it out. I'm not sure if I did it right?
I did Nero and Argento like I normally do. Then I drew the background without the hard lines. Which didn't look right. So... I messed around with Nero and Argento a bit. I hope it looks okay.
Edit: 3/3/08 - I toned down Nero's lips and fixed his hair a little. So hopefully he doesn't look so fem anymore. I know he always will look fem - but man! I messed up and gave him the same color lips as Argento so it sort of made him look like he was wearing lipstick. ;3 Ah well.

I think the coloring looks fine, you really out did yourself with her outfit. It can be really hard to achive the trasparency. Really love the pose you did for them it in my opoin speaks fairly deeply of how close a couple they are. ^-^

Her transparent clothes weren't as hard as I thought they would be. Well, when I started painting it anyway. XP The first time around I thought I was going to lose my mind hehe. I was really hesitant to start over for that very same reason. But I'm glad I did it now. :3

Thanky - it was fun trying something new out... and it was actually a lot of fun! :3 I'm not sure if this technique makes it look more like my color pencils or my actual painting style yet. Sort of a mixture of both. XP

You are right! Nero looks really fem in this one. I realized I didn't done down the color of his lips (like I usually do for guys) - so his lips are just as dark as hers. XD Doh! Lipstick? XP I'll have to fix them.
I might also mess with his bangs a bit more and cover up more of his face- maybe it will make him look manlier.
It doesn't look like him at all does it? XP I couldn't help thinking that the whole time I was drawing it. That hair!

I understand, but I just frame his pics with my hands to see what he might look like with shorter hair hehehe and then remove my hands and YAY he has long hair again
