Very striking! You captured his expression and body language perfectly - I like how you used the droop of his petals to show him shrinking away from the threat.
I normally wouldn't recommend the color you used to shadow the petals, but for this picture, it works really well by giving it a slightly surreal, unnatural look that makes it all the more ominous.
In the description, you mentioned that you aren't sure if the shading is all right. I think it looks pretty good; the only two weaknesses I noticed are that the shadows on the petals are way darker than the shadow on the stem, and the light direction seems inconsistent. I hope those observations help! Despite those two factors, the picture still looks great.

Actually, I DID kill Flowey once, but at the end of the Neutral Pacifist Route. I did it to avenge Asgore, though.
