Lacking parts can make you a better builder in the long run. It'll force you to learn how to find and apply workarounds and use odd pieces to complete a solution.

Na, I don't sell. It would cost too much for me to get the pieces back. It would probably be easiest and cheapest for people to send me the pieces and I put them together and send it back.

im dead serious when i ask why you dont actually try to get the Lego peoples to make this public, it's pretty damn sweet. a sturdy design and extremely accurate.
also, im sure somewhere in my old chest of lego i have some of these pieces, but not all of them. and having to purchase the pieces necessary to build this amazing thing. im sure there's a way to get the pieces online... i dunno.
i haven used my lego in yeeeeears, and instead of making my own flimsy elite, yours is a-freaking-mazing and i should just do what i can to get a hold of it instead xD

wow, your comment is probably the best compliment I've ever gotten for my creations. I'm quite honored, thank you. And as for the question about making this an official lego model, that has crossed my mind but there are problems with that. First Lego has a few moral rules they follow, such as they don't condone real or simulated violence. So they won't create Halo... I think. If anything, after I get out of college I am going to try and work at Lego. Hopefully, that works out. Anyway, thanks for the compliment again, it was very much appreciated.

that's a little wierd that they dont condone read/simulated violence, because they bring out sets like StarWars, Harry Potter & Indiana Jones, which are violent... sorta.
but how would one go about finding all the pieces necessary to make this elite? putting in custom orders to the Lego people?

starting from scratch (without a Lego Bionicle collection already) getting all the pieces to my blue Elite model would be quite difficult. But if you own a few Technic Lego models as well as a good amount of Bionicles then you should have enough to cover the extra amount of pieces you would need. The main core of pieces come from nearly all the blue versions of the Bionicle series. As for the custom order, I've never done it. So I really can't say anything about that.
A much easier model to make from scratch would be my spec ops elite model. Nearly all of the pieces are from the Black version of every Bionicle series.
