FINALLY. sorry this took so long-- real life issues! >< Full colour commission for of her wonderful OC Sheerokee! Definitely had fun with this one, especially since i had free reign on the costuming. ;] I hope that you enjoy her too!i'm just in love with how soft the washes ended up making her look.

i generally do these commissions on 300 series bristol because these are worked pretty dry. when i do bigger paintings, i go to 500 series bristol so i can work areas more without ruining the paper. :]

I love your overall style of drawing. You capture so much movement in each one, and the expressions are always completely animated and fierce, without that annoying blank/wistful/girly expression that so many artists seem to use as a stock. I would love to see a step by step progress of one of these commissions if you ever have the time. I'd really like to see how you start out the framework for such complicated poses.
Anyway, beautiful work as always.
