We prefer fake trees. They're Eco-friendly, nonflammable, longer lasting and easier to care for. Best of all, with today's gas prices, we don't have to drive out to get it. We just walk to a shed in our backyard.

Yeah, but when a real tree is chopped at the base and separated from it's roots, then it slowly starts to die. I prefer a fake tree because they last for a life-time and they're non-flammable by today's standards, and some even come with lights on them so that saves you some hassle. And you don't risk bringing in unwanted insects that would be living on a real tree.

I agree, every living thing has a purpose, but when it comes to real living trees, most of them are perfect there they grow.
