I'm a little reluctant to let him go because dark/tan skin + white hair + undercut is just my not so secret aesthetic X)
what I had in mind for him was a synthetic dragon (thus the strange tail) with the power of creating diamond constructs.
He has diamond crystal four small horns under the cap...
