this reminds of the picture Doretha Lange took where the men are walking down the dirt road and the bilbord in front of them says "next time take the train" and the rich people are enjoying fine in car dinning. You have to love shots like this. I know I do. Very well done. perfect time and place.

If you develop your own film, that actually shouldn't be too hard to correct. Just glue a little piece of cardboard on to the end of an untwisted paperclip and wave it over his head. I wouldn't overdo it. Half a stop, maybe. As it is, it gives him a nice contrast from the mural.
If you don't develop your own film, it might be a little trickier. A local camera store should have a person that does manual enlargements, but it usually costs a pretty penny. If you know other photographers in the area, just ask around. Oddly enough, the best printer in Omaha works for a Sam's Club.
