I've decided - I'm going to save around 9k for a notebook. Forgot what brand my uncle mentioned but anyway, I'm going to use it for digital art and writing, mainly. The office PC pisses me off too much with how slow it is (I vented my anger messing up the lower portion. Lol), and I can't keep using my brother's laptop, either. EXCITEEEEED. HEEHEE.
