Description After I drew Garrus, I just had to try Tali too, for all those fans of her out there.
I based her face on Liz Sroka, it is best course of action, when I read all those articles about stock photo used in the game. Anyway, as much as I think that her face shouldn't have been shown at all, because imagination always creates most amazing look, I drew her with partially visible face. And in the end I kept some features from the official in-game picture. So hope you like it! ^^
And just so you know, Tali is supposed to be standing in front of the window on viewing deck.

I like it. I think it's a great drawing. My problem with the stock photo was that Bioware got lazy with it, (first that they did a stock photo, and that they had obvious photoshop flaws) not that I didn't think she was a pretty model or anything. I kind of like how they based it on real people I think it helped keep everyone unique. Not sure who Liz Sroka is. I like the background as looking out a window on the Normandy

Thanks for nice comment! Liz Sroka is the voice behind Tali, that's all. Since I liked her voice, I thought the face fits as well.

I don't care if a stock photo was used I liked it, and I like your picture too. Basing a likeness from a voice actor isn't that valid, Ashley looks nothing like Kimberly Brooks.

I am not saying all characters are based on someone, it is just when I saw picture of Liz Sroka, I thought, why not model Tali after her?

Funny thing is I don't remember what Liz Sroka looks like....but ALI HILLIS could actually play LIARA in a live action film, so I agree with you really.
What I was really reacting to is backlash from people who hate the photo in the game and pandering just in case. Draw whatever Tali you doesn't like...nothing wrong with Liz...can't wait to do my own version, if I ever get up and running.
