Honestly I Might have to agree.

Azula is Fast, Insane, and is good at hand to hand combat

Cinder is most likely Physically stronger and has Experience maybe. She could also be a tad bit more durable.

The only thing I think That both of them are so damn equal with is Fire power.

Azula may have a trick up her sleeve with her electricity. But honestly Idk
