Next up for November!!

Sketched on paper, flat color in SAI. Next picture in a series I'm doing, drawing the kids from mine and Gem's RP a year to the day they were first used, got it? Good!

I say first used. This will be the case MOST of the time. There are a few instances where the kids are born and it's stated that they're born, but for one reason or another they aren't used until a later day. If that happens I'll be posting them on the day that they are BORN. If they're used the first time on a different day then I'll state that in the description, or on the picture itself.

Bio time!!

Matu is the first child of Stacey and Ash. They're kind of a pairing we built up gradually but they've got a sweet little family by the time Matu is born.

Stacey is a friend of Candice's, however she's never part of the group of girls Candice lives with. Stacey lives on her own and works and provides for herself with no problem, but tags along with Candice when she moves to Oracle's village. Everything is normal for awhile with Stacey just sticking by her friend and being an aunt of sorts to Candice's and even Ashley's children.

Ash is the resident gardener of the village, and is all about flowers and landscaping. When Candice and the girls she lives with all move to the village to start their new lives, the youngest that comes is a little girl named Miki. The girls all lived in a brothel, but none of the younger girls were ever exploited. They simply lived there and were protected by the older girls, so they wouldn't be victimized or die on the streets. Miki lost her parents and again was the youngest one there, barely two years old.

She and Ash catch each other's attention, Miki loving flowers and watching him from a distance shyly. He's tickled by the little girl, and offers her the chance to help him out with his work, which she accepts, proudly pulling a tiny wagon with her supplies following him around. Eventually, he takes her in as his own, more a sister than a daughter.

So when Stacey and Ash fall in love, again, slowly and gradually, they've got a little family with Miki included. The romance is sweet; obviously Ash's chosen profession he has no end to supply of flowers for Stacey. Stacey is the kind that can be a little gruff with a sweet heart under the surface, and she loves Ash's gentleness and diligence, and while it is something that happens slowly, when they click the resonate very closely.

Stacey's happy to become a mother. She has the usual nervousness but otherwise is relaxed about it, and adores her little baby boy, Matu, especially since he looks so much like his father. He has Ash's honey golden fur and icy blue eyes. The brown hair is from Stacey. The hair style all over is pretty much a blend of both parents. I'm not even 100% sure on their species but I think Stacey was hedgehog, so that's why his ears are tipped that way and he's got the tail. His hair favors his right side, our left, due to Stacey's comb over hair style.

Personality wise Matu is a lot like Ash, but he can have sarcastic moments like Stacey does, grinning and teasing but always in the right amount. He never over does it. He's a very relaxed child and also enjoys gardening. He and Miki stick together like glue when they're very young. It goes back to whether Miki is considered Ash's sister or daughter, because Matu and Miki are as close as any siblings, but Ash took her in as a little sister. Fun times XD
