Residents of the Wastelands can be very superstitious. Many of them fear the wrath of the Nowhere Man, but there is a myth among the dunes that he is very fond of wind chimes. To keep themselves safe from any past vengeful foes using the Nowhere Man’s blessings as a means to get even with them, Wastelanders often hang wind chimes outside their homes and properties as some kind of protection charms. Whether this actually keeps the Nowhere Man from coming after them is unknown …. But they did get one thing right…
