True Blood fanart, because I'm loving Heroes less and less while falling more and more in love with Southern vampires.It's Bill, during his last human moments. Bill and his sire. Are they called sires in the True Blood universe? I may be imposing a bit of Buffyverse vampire terms onto it.
Inspired by this shot .
If I do more True Blood fanart, it'll definitely be taken from this moment . Bill + TruBlood=<3

Great picture: it's relatively simplistic, but you've captured his expression perfectly.
And I'm not sure how it applies to vampires, but the female equivalent of a sire is a dam.

But I like the coloring and kind of wispy feel of this one more. Other people seem to like it more, too, since it has more favorites.
I haven't drawn Buffy fanart since season 2, when I had a crush on Spike. ;O_o Goodness, my art has changed since then. I'm not sure I even still have those sketches.

Have you seen "Let the Right One In"? It's on Netflix instant watch, if you're a Netflix junkie like me. I haven't seen it yet (so much else to watch), but I've heard good things.
I work at a comic book store, and I'm a big fan of the Buffy Season 8 comics. If you ever want to have a laugh, read Life Sucks. It's an indie graphic novel about a vampire who has to work in a 24 hour convenience shop, and has a crush on a goth girl who wishes vampires were real. It's sappy and not very serious, but it's fun.

Gah, Heroes!! It could have done so much better. But then it became a super powered family drama, with way over powered characters. And I'm a little tired of people switching sides constantly. "The future says we're doomed!" and "So-and-so is now working for the good guys, but whosit is now a villain!" seem to be the only plots they're capable of.

dang yall are like in my mind. heroes has been lackluster since the 1st season. I mean this one is not as awful as 2nd..but thats partly due to the writers strike that messed up tv in general. I found myself actually liking TRUEblood. It has its flaws but its at least refreshing

Yeah. I was pretty unhappy with Jason in the last two episodes. Namely, whatever happened to sweaty, nasty V withdrawl? No sign of it after he went off it.

I thought Hiro's little shade of villainy was alright. Someone so stubborn and single-minded could easily head in the wrong direction. Seemed a bit sudden to me, though, and too much of the other side-switching was really arbitrary.

I haven't seen the show, but I'm a big fan of the book series - you should try them; while some of the more recent ones have been a bit meh, the first few are really good.
