Description
Started as an entry into a Silent Hill movie poster contest but I missed the deadline by about a year. But I kept working on it.

I looked at alot of stock imagery for this, but I tried very hard to make it as much "my own" as possible. I'm not good enough to paint legs like that from my mind. But I still tried. Alot of the stock was to make sure I had proportions right (the bane of a novice artist).

I made up alot of the techniques anew, like the grungy floor was pretty fun to make since I started with a solid red square and turned it into something vaguely floor-like. Because of this though it looks the bastard step-child of an orgy of amateur artists. I never could get it back to appearing as uniform as I had hoped but I am calling it quits since I am tired of working on it.
