Just a short story I thought would go nicely with the pic....

The three comets have finally arrived,......Arrived upon a world on the brink of destruction.

It has been so long that few remember how this bloody conflict really started. All they know is constant war and unending suffering. It is said that one day the fabled Three Comets of Ta’Riel will pass over the land and bring peace upon the inhabitants. They will remind the people of where they came from....how they started.

Legend states that in ancient days....over five thousand years ago, the three kingdoms of the planet Ta’Riel joined in a celebration of brotherhood. On this most joyous of nights the three kings called upon their most trusted wizards to create three comets to represent each kingdom. The three comets created through teamwork, understanding and love where to be sent on a visionary journey throughout the known universe.

They have finally returned...

The comet from the kingdom of Vallanor, embodied with the essence of teamwork, blessed the world with it’s eternal gift. Many smiled.....and realized that the best way to solve their problems was to work together.

The comet from the kingdom of Najjar, embodied with the essence of understanding, brought new light to a world covered with the darkness of ignorance. ...and a forgotten perception was given new hope.

The comet from the kingdom of Naviss, embodied with the essence of love, embraced the world with this long forgotten emotion...and as long time enemies looked at each other from across the battlefield, many dropped their weapons.

..For how can they fire upon their brothers.

The mystic raven takes flight towards an unfamiliar night. A silent night no longer echoing with the sounds of a far away battle. A peaceful night no longer ravaged with the winds of hate. A wondrous night enchanted with the hope for a better tomorrow.
