"A forensic doctor, sir. Other than that, I did rotation and certified in others areas, but heart problem isn't one of them. What you need is a cardiologist."

Tiara felt like she already explained for hundred times. It's true though, she wasn't an expert in heart related medical condition. Most people she took care was already had their heart stopped.

"Your heart rate was lower than normal, sir," Tiara siad to the patient, not the his bodyguard. "It's clear that you have a heart condition, that I can't help. If you do want the best of the best, I can get our best cardiologist...."

"No no no, it's okay," said the old man. "You can help, of course. I believe you can help me with another... treatment."

Tiara can almost guess what the old man want. "I'm sorry, but our hospital policy forbid doctors to give patient any alternative medicine, sir. It's..."

"Not alternative medicine. More like.... I want your help to take care of me."

"Er... excuse me?"

"Oh, I see, boss," said the bodyguard. "Doctor, take off your coat."

"... what? "
