Original Animated Bio:
Nemesis Prime is the culmination of the Decepticons' experiments in copying Autobot shells, which also included Toxitron and Team Stunticon. Upon completion, he was quickly snatched away by Straxus, and no-one has seen him since. It's probably too much to hope he stays hidden away.

Revamped Animated Bio:
Nemesis Prime started out as one of multiple Autobot protoforms commandeered by the Decepticons, specifically a group led by Straxus. They were then used for experiments for copying the shells of Autobots for infiltration. Optimus Prime’s CNA was used on one protoform in order for the illusion to better work, and the resulting clone was subjected to multiple videos and programming to try and shape him into the soldier that the ‘Cons wanted. However, before this process could be completed, the ship Straxus and the protoforms were on was attacked by the Rock Lords. As such, Straxus was killed and the clone and the other protoforms were left in stasis aboard a dead ship, wandering aimlessly through the cosmos. That is, until the vessel was found and picked up by Unicron. Sensing the potential within the protoforms, Unicron set about reformatting both them and the Optimus clone into soldiers he could control. Changing the clone little by little, both physically and mentally, Unicron was able to give the clone his final form as well as a name; Nemesis Prime. Upon completion of his form and mind, Nemesis was granted the Unicron-empowered Dead Matrix, and together with the Fallen, an undead Minicon partner named Giza, and his new army, Nemesis Prime set his destructive eyes on Cybertron...

I know I said I would do Caminus next, but this was just something I felt I had to do. The initial Animated version of Nemesis left me with a feeling of dissatisfaction, so I recreated him into this. Plus, I was inspired by the new version of Nemesis Prime from the "Power of the Primes" toy line, who combined multiple aspects from previous versions into one, and so I decided to do the same here; he's got the classic Optimus Prime body, the arm canons and Dark Saber from his Armada counterpart, a version of the Minicon Giza from his TFP toy released by Takara, and he has the Nova Prime wings from his IDW counterpart.
Next time is Caminus, I promise.

What happens when Giza powerlinks/superlinks with Nemesis

Yeah, that is a bit of a problem with how he's usually presented. I actually have my own idea that gives him more depth and removes the whole clone thing.

I think it would be interesting if Nemesis was Optimus's own dark thoughts and feelings brought to life.

I think there are some versions that've done that.
My idea was that Nemesis was an actual Cybertronian with a grudge of his own against Optimus. In this story, he was a former jealous co-worker of Orion Pax, who seemed to get all the good stuff he wanted. Later, when the war broke out, the co-worker was captured and experimented on by Shockwave, who reconstructed him to look like an exact duplicate of Optimus Prime as part of a failed infiltration plan. However, being made to look like the guy he resented most was the final snapping point for the co-worker, who then, in a fit of rage, broke free of his bonds, wrecked Shockwave's lab and then escaped. Adopting his old black, grey, and teal color scheme, he commandeered a space cruiser and left Cybertron. Blaming all of his misfortunes on Optimus, he declares himself to be the Prime's "Nemesis" and sets out for revenge. That's my take, anyway.

I guess my universe's version would be similar to BW's Megatron attempts of cloning Dinobot. While Megatron and Optimus are at war, they're relationship is similar to Aligned and IDW. Basically Megatron would still desire Optimus's companion ship and make Shockwave clone Optimus. The only successes would be Nemesis Prime and Toxitron. The rest writes itself.

My what a fearsome design. I can defiantly see Optimus and Megatron and their respected faction teaming-up to prevent Cybertron's destruction from Unicron, the Fallen as well as Nemesis Prime and his army in a true end of the Transformers Animated series. I think that would be pretty awesome.

That it would.
The Dead Matrix serves as not only a conduit for Unicron’s will, but it also serves as the Big U’s ace in the hole for destroying Primus.
At first, Nemesis would be a loyal servant, but after reflecting on how his life has gone, he decides that he’s done being what others want him to be. From then on, he becomes a Starscream for Unicron.

Really nailed Nemesis Primes story on this. I love how you incorporated a Unicron story into him and making him invade Cybertron. I'd love to see a face with the two.

Thanks, and yeah, the Unicron connection was something I felt I HAD to have in this, and it's kind of a thing that's been part of the character since he was introduced. Sure, there were similar characters before, but when Armada introduced him, he was a creation of Unicron.
In the Fun Publications comics, was cloned by Unicron from the Optimus Prime of another universe and given the Dead Matrix. Though he would later be freed of his dark master and eventually turn to the side of good.
In the Binaltech storyline, he was created by the human villain Dr. Arkevile, who gave him life by imbuing him with the power of Unicron.
For this Nemesis' story, a part of me wonders if he'd pull a Starscream and try to turn the tables on Unicron, probably tired of his existence being defined by what others want him to be.

Well, his name is Nemesis Prime by Megatron but later on, when he's more self-aware, he'll rename himself to Scourge. Paying homage to 2001 RID Scourge.

Okay, that's fine. I already did that when I made mine if you remember. I even made him get together with BlackArchrina when he develops more and sort of acts like Optimus since in my TFA AU BlackArchrina is a part of Elita-One's dark side and my Nemesis Prime is the same. So I figure they would be good together.
