Blast Radius (or Explosive Pastime) refers to the reach of a bomb's explosion, Bomberman-related or not.
Explosive Plot is a jab at how all Bomberman games, regardless of the villain or the poison, will have things go BOOM; the weapon itself, here, is based on the plot to Bomberman 64, involving the Omni Cube--a dimensional artifact with an untold array of power--and the 4 planet fragments that are chained to Black Fortress to power up its force field.

The Keychains are Bomb-Up and Line Bomb power-ups, respectively, and the key teeth on the first one is a Fire-Up. For those who don't know...those are crucial stats to keep up high for B-man. Line Bomb technically isn't, (it's an ability that lets you take all the bombs you can have at once and set them all up in front of you instantly,) buuuuut it's an acceptable visual effect on the RPG playing field.

(Stats on KH2 scale, because KH3DS stats kick all the KH2 weapons' asses)

Fire Boost makes Fire, Fira, et al do more damage than normal.
Throw Boost, also known as "Power Glove," improves your performance when picking up and throwing crates and barrels, rocks, dazed enemies, and, I don't know...bombs? You want it, it's yours, Link!
...by increasing the speed at which you pick up and throw things (as in let go, not necessarily how fast it goes flying) and offering angling/targeting, so foes floating overhead or hanging out under a ledge, normally well out of range of the throw, will get served or slam-dunked with this ability in hand.
Combo Finish Blast--not to be confused with Combo Finish Boost--adds a combo finish nearly identical to the default one, except there's a 1/3-second delay and when you hit the enemy with this, there's a small explosion that deals a fraction of the finisher damage to close-by foes--but wait, there's more! Defeat a foe like this, and they'll explode in a much bigger explosion, causing full finisher damage! It's a blast!
