Wire sculpture of mermaid for Maria G.
This mermaid was 12 inches high; bigger than my usual mermaids. It consists of the body, hair, shell and five fishes. The mermaid's lower body is composed of two colors: turquoise and sea green. The hair is cooper. The shell base is silver and it is lined with white wire and studded with pearl beads. The five fishes were silver and two shades of blue.

I really love the use of two different colors of wire in the tail. It's very eye catching and definitely makes her shine.
