Aww. This reminds me of a little kid who's either had too much and finally giving up, or a little kid who's just found out that wishing on a star doesn't work. Or something of the sort.
Your picture is very saddening, in a cute sort of way. It gives you the mixed feeling of wanting to give a comforting hug and cry along, or just give a hug to squeeze the stuffing out of the poor little guy.
