This is Newton as a teenager with his pharmacy uniform he used to help his dad out with the business, trying to cover his cutiemark somehow during work hours because letting people see his mark and then expecting them to trust him as pharmaceutic may not work all too well. It's like hiring an architect and noticing his cutie mark is a wrecking ball...it just gives off a bad vibe, you know.
