i did photoshop this (obviously =_= a background like that isnt natural) but only to make the colors better and make a background, i actually did lose that much weight
i can actually look at my body for 10 seconds now without wanting to throw up 
haha

Very nice! I like the use of the Craquelure texture filter on the background, it works very well with the image. As for you, you have very beautiful eyes, you should show more of them

Showing your face would be a good thing though. Why hide something that's so beautiful? Even the great Aurora Borealis will display her full colors once in a while
And I agree about the Craquelure filter. I use it quite often when making video game textures as it gives a nice grungy concrete texture for urban environments.
