Bio: Roxanne "Rock" Cooper and her family had moved from Atlanta to Bailley due to her father applying for a job at a local hospital and had divorced her mother after she was sent to prison for illegal poaching on baby giraffes all across the globe. While being a new girl in town, she inadvertently bumped into Hector "High Five" Nieves during his break from working at his grandparents' taco truck. They eventually meet at the Joystick Arcade and Five asked Rock if she could join him and his pal Miko Kubota at Hinobi. She responded with an excited yes and joined the Glitch Techs in order to make her father and brothers proud.
