First drawing of 2009! (well, first "finished" one)I'll be drawing Street Fighter, for official things, or for my pure enjoyment, 'til I die. My love for drawing EMERGED from Street Fighter. Street Fighter will be a constant of my soul.
So yeah, took this one somewhat seriously. Messin with some new color techniques.
Givin' Ken some luv coz I didn't show his face on my SF Tribute piece. Also coz I luv Ken. Who doesn't?

Well, maybe Capcom didn't like Ken, cuz everyone kept picking him. So then they decided to make him Japanese. THERE, I SAID IT!
But seriously, so the guy's 'sposed to be 3/4 Japanese, with like 3 feet of flowing blonde hair. So either one of his grandparents was a pure blood Viking, or Gouken left a big bucket of hair bleach by his cabin after training sessions.
"There ya go Ken! Ryu an' I are gonna go gel our eyebrows, but if ya need any help, just let us know!"
I guess Gouken called that technique, the HAIRDOKEN?! *badum-cha*
Ah well. Ken is always the man though, regardless of what combination of genes make him up.

Playing SFIV in the San Jose State arcade since august and I recently loved El Fuerte but I never see much drawings of him.

i dont think ive ever seen someone draw the navel on an orange. i think a lot of artists like to pretend its not there. because its such a weird looking thing. you are a brave dude.

Ken is so awesome. Totally the best character in SUPER PUZZLE FIGHTER II TURBO as well as in pretty much every STREET FIGHTER game ever made. Though he makes me think of you in SPF2T, all in your face with his special moves.

You know I always actually preferred Leo. Raph's voice always used to piss me off. At least in everything but the OG cartoon, in that he was just sarcastic, not some deep-voiced tough guy who clearly was about 30 haha
