Do not be sorry... I would have never known that you; the artist, considered this piece "unfinished." We are our own worst critics, it's both a gift and a curse all the same. Regardless, I love this. You create an atmosphere, which is something that many artists thrive for (and I'm one of them). This piece evokes feeling -and of course- an atmosphere that leaves the viewer hungry for more of the context that it entails

Captures her presence and the gear is amazing she looks like she is
very regal yet violent. The defocus around makes it feel in motion and alive..
great work! I was playing around with photo editing and made a nightvision/thermal version, oil painting, and realism. Jus cause I wanted different color scheme on my phone..they turned out pretty cool
and I sent them to you jus for my appreciation and to give it some diversity.

This is definitely one of your better ones. You only have some subtle changes from the blue version of this, but that went very far in the overall tone. Your characters tend to have a great deal more confidence with close up shots like these.

unfinish makes and epic camera effect witch make it way better then full detailed picture...its focusing nice on face witch is made perfectly...maybee just add some stuff in backround but anyway great picture

I can see why would think its unfinished but honestly it looks quite refined with a painterly style. It's a beautiful piece that's been sitting in my deviantwatch messages for the last 2 days just cause I like to look at it

Actually I think it looks very nice this way. If you had rendered everything up to the same level, it would have made it extremely confusing to the eye and the viewer wouldn't know where to look due to all the complicated details. Leaving things "unfinished" like that is fine, because the brain fills in the details even though they're not actually there, and it helps the composition and gives it a strong central focus. Rendering everything up to hyper sharp detail doesn't always necessarily make it better.
Also I love your color palette. The cool greens in contrast with her warm peach skin tones and bright red make-up/markings is a very nice choice, and once again helps with having a strong focal point.

I really know the feeling. I have a lot of projects unfinished, merely because I can't find the patience to complete them. It's sad, really.
