Spiker was created for Jeff Cole, one of the young kids from my neighborhood years ago. He would now be in his 30's, yikes!)

Spiker was something of a Daredevil knock-off in that he was blind and used a personal sonar like device to "see". Apart from the ones on his gloves, each spike on his costume was a different type of gadget.
