An old drawing i dug up from my hard drive sometime ago, i colored it recently.Mai Natsume, a character from blazblue, more precisely, the blazblue spinoff manga remix Heart, and soon to be playable on centralfiction.

Yup, she was originally a guy. She got turned into a girl before the start of the manga, and the series is primarily about her finding a way to reverse the transformation. In typical TG manga fashion, though, we don't really get to see what she looked like as a guy, and she ends up remaining a girl in the end. We see a single, blurry silhouette of him one time, though.

Anyway yeah I looked her up after reading your comment. It's nice that she accepts it and embraces being a girl and of course the former guy gets some of the largest boobs.
