Well, Finally finished the renders for the last two Trek Scenes. And I had to set a Perspective Distortion in motion (post Work) and come back 35 minutes later when it finished it. Usually takes 5 seconds or so.....
Seems your advice is comming in handy. I sometimes here a weird, repeating sond from my HD, and I have to smack it (gently) to get it going again. This is a REALLY Bad sign btw

It is a Borg "Assimulation Factory". You don't think they would rely solely on cubes and that nano-virus to assimulate the billions of inhabitants of a major world?
100km diameter, capable of "Processing" about 500k 'volunteers' an hour and can house nearly 50 billion Borg. it produces 50 Cubes an Hour, and, if resources are available (say, like Earths population), those are fully manned and ready for action.

This is totally "cover of a book" worthy - it even looks like one! It would have to have a significantly angsty title, of course, like "Penance" or "Creation's Judgement" or "Open Wounds" or something.

Okay, You can write it. We are desperately in need of a more "Gene Roddenberry" style of Star Trek Movie. So lets nail down the film rights before your book comes out

The Telnarui do not assimilate anyone; all (more or less) "normal" humans would be incompatible with the Telnarui implants, so they are simply recycled for raw materials... And besides, the Telnarui and the Borg are supposed to be politically correct antagonists; from the point of view of any humans they seem utterly evil, so it is not wrong to slaughter them en masse...

It was first in. slightly under-cautious Captain. On the Bright Side, they took more then a few Harvesters and two Cubes with em to thier fiery grave
