Great stuff, I just tried your params, it took no time to render, which I find odd because I couldn't get a preview size, using any formula in any order to render in less than 15 mins. This has given me the impetus to keep trying!

Yes, I had the same problem with slow rendering. After playing around a bit I was able have faster renders. I am glad that you may have solved your time problem

Yeah, I think I just panicked at my first couple of goes, I decided I wasn't go to do it and gave up. But I went back to it, sucked up the long render times and came up with a somewhat more traditional rotbox design. I may even have a second attempt!
