Description
A Hyacinth Macaw (Anodorhynchus hyacinthinus) vocalizing at the San Diego Zoo. These birds are native to Brazil and are the largest species of parrot in the world. They are also endangered in the wild. They are truly impressive, striking birds in person.*The title should have been "Palhaço azul," but dA doesn't allow the "ç" character to be used in the title field.

Beautiful capture! Really a wonderful job with the metering and focus! I love the vibrant colors and fine detail you can see here.. too bad the background wasn't a little darker, but a minor issue.. overall excellent work!
