This has a really strange timeless quality to it. I like it. It also makes me a tad uneasy, in a very David Lynch sort of way. There is a bizarre tension here. Perhaps it is a combination of our inability to see either subject's face and the harsh grey geometry. Good stuff!

Oh! I figured out why this makes me uncomfortable. It seems like the man in the back should be larger, as if there is some sort of forced perspective happening. Their size relation makes no sense, and it makes the viewer uneasy. I could look at this all day.
