Other than the bend of her wrist, everything looks naturally beautiful.

I really like the skin texture and the eyebrows but I think the eyes are too ... clowdy, the colors (especially the pupil's black) seem to lack saturation. Plus the transition to the lips looks kind of unnatural to me. It's just not smooth enough.
