3D fakes are getting close, but still not quite.
Hair still a give away. The lighting is pretty good, but there something in the specular that gives away the rendering. Probably in the skin shader. The skin is too perfect, no real world subtle flaws.
Fabrics still don't conform quite right, someone needs to write a special physics engine for clothing specifically.
Thing is, once you realize it's a rendering and not a real person, it becomes kind of "empty".
Excellent execution of the artform of modeling and rendering the human form though. It's getting REALLY close. But still not quite there. It's a problem with the tech, not the execution of the piece.
RGUS, you did a GREAT job on this, don't get me wrong. Probably one of the best examples of this form of art I've seen. My criticisms are of this genre.
